Military personnel and foreign nationals are allowed to stay on the area of the 8th Air Base after getting a single permit to enter issued by the Chief of the International Cooperation Branch in Polish Air Force Headquarters.
Official visits must be submitted in accordance with the standard regulations of procedure.
Submissions should be input thirty days prior to the day of the visit by fax or e-mail.
It is necessary in order to provide the right organizing.
We also need to know the following information to schedule the in-processing scheme:
-  the arrival and departure day;
-  destination;
-  the aim of arrival;
-  composition  of  the group (an updated list of visitors including  details : name, surname, military unit, passport number and basic security clearance certificate - for each member of the group);
-  dispatching country name (names of institutions or organizations);
-  Project Officer’s data (phone number, fax number and e-mail address).
The Commander of the 8th Air Base will appeal to the Polish Air Force Commander for granting the permit no later than 2 weeks prior to a group arriving.
After giving the permit by the Commander of Polish Air Force the 8th Air Base staff will contact you to make arrangements for a visit.
